When you apply for an open position, our HR team will begin by reviewing your CV.
If your qualifications match the requirements, we’ll reach out to you via phone to schedule your first interview.
During this initial meeting at our headquarters in Ghent, you’ll meet with our HR manager and the head of the department to discuss your background and the role in more detail.
If the first interview goes well, you’ll be invited for a second interview where you'll have the opportunity to meet our CEO and discuss how you align with the company’s vision.
Depending on the position, we may also include an assessment to explore your personality, values, goals, and satisfaction drivers, ensuring we're aligned on both professional and personal levels.
If everything falls into place, the next step will be receiving an offer, and we hope you’ll be excited to join us!
